Returns and CancellationsIf you change your mind after you have ordered an item from the Dougal & Co. Online Store, we will gladly cancel your order and refund your money. Please understand that there is additional work and some additional charges associated with this. For orders that have not yet been shipped when we receive your cancellation request, there is no charge. If your order has been already shipped and you return it to us prepaid and in good condition, there will be a $10 restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund. We appreciate your business and hope that you will understand that this charge is necessary.
DeliveryWe strive to have our suppliers ship the orders as quickly as possible. You should receive your order in 2 - 4 weeks from the date of the order. In some cases, it will say on the order form "Please allow 6 - 8 weeks for delivery." This is to allow for exceptional circumstances. Please understand we have no control over the postal systems of two (or more, sometimes) countries. Delays and losses can occur. PrivacyAll transactions are validated and charged to your credit card at the time of the transaction. We do not read or store credit card numbers on the Dougal & Co. site. All transactions are handled by a secure third party, InternetSecure. We do not share our customer information with anyone. We believe that this system offers the best privacy and security for our customers.
Minimum OrderThe minimum order for the Dougal & Co. Online Store is $10.00 Canadian or $6.75 US.
